There is a hotel across the street for safe overnight stays and a great variety of AirBNBs in town.
Booking parties understand they are wholly responsible for the safety, sobriety, actions and associated consequences that substance consumption at a private booking could result in.

Please look into obtaining PAL event insurance for your booking's use if you feel your event could incur liability, as our building's insurance wouldn't cover anything event specific as per agreements signed and stated here.

Un-contained candles are allowed for photos but must remain un-lit if unattended.

Pets are allowed on the premises
As you will have access to the space for the entirety of three days, there is no curfew needed for your party.
There is no elevator (working on obtaining grants as being fully accessible is a big desire of ours to achieve.
One handicap accessible bathroom on the second floor only as of now.
