You can pay through either direct deposit (etransfer) or credit card. Your choice!
Half of the deposit is due upon booking while the other half is due 4 months prior to the event.
An additional cleaning and security deposit of $250 will be taken 2 weeks prior to the event and will be fully refunded once the building is returned in the same order it was found in.
(This means all garbage disposed of in the bins across from the back alley, floors swept, spills wiped, and bathrooms checked.)
If cancellation is made prior to 4 months, half of your original deposit is refundable.
If cancellation is made after 4 months prior to the event, the amount of your initial deposit is non-refundable.
